Deleting your data

You can delete everything Selfbase holds about you, at any time, and we will confirm when it is done.

Deleting your whole account

In the Selfbase app, open the You tab, then Account, then Delete account. This removes your workspaces, your threads, tasks, campaigns and documents, your uploaded files, and every model key and connected-account credential we hold for you. Connected accounts are revoked at the provider where their API allows it.

If you cannot reach the app, write to hello@selfbase.com from the address on your account and we will do it for you.

Disconnecting one account

To remove a single connection rather than everything, open Workspace settings, then Connections, and disconnect it. We revoke the grant at the provider where we can and always delete our copy of the credential. Work the agent already did stays in your workspace.

If you connected through Facebook, Instagram or Threads

You can start a deletion from the platform itself, in that platform's app settings under the list of apps and websites you have connected. When you do, the platform sends us a signed request, we begin the deletion, and we return a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status. Keep the code: it is how you look the request up.

You can also just email us. The result is the same and you do not need a code.

How long it takes

Your access ends immediately and your content is removed from our live systems promptly. Copies inside encrypted backups age out on their own schedule and are never restored into service. Operational logs, which never contain your credentials, expire on a short cycle.
