Integration

Email is your own channel rather than a company's product. You connect your own sending account, so your list and your sender reputation stay yours.

Not available yet. The email Connection is not available yet. When it lands, the agent will draft broadcasts to your own list and send only the ones you approved.

What it does

• Will draft a broadcast and send it to the segment you chose, after you approve it.
• Will give you the DNS records that authenticate your own sending domain.
• Will read opens and clicks back into Selfbase.
• Will send only a broadcast you approved. The agent never sends on its own.
• Sends from your own domain, and adds nothing beyond the unsubscribe link it requires.

Connecting

Not connectable yet. When it lands, you will connect your own sending account from Workspace settings, then Connections.

How your credentials are held

Your credential is encrypted with a key that belongs to your workspace and stored as ciphertext. It is decrypted only at the moment it is used, and never inside a sandbox where code runs. We never log it.

Removing it

When it lands, disconnecting under Workspace settings, then Connections, will revoke the grant at your provider and delete our copy.
